We are so much more than our physical body...
These days everybody is aware that we consist of energy...We are Energy. Our physical body is condensed energy and there are other outer energetic subtle layers around our physical body commonly known as auric field. These parts of the human energy system should be well maintained to avoid energy imbalance, which is the biggest cause of various health issues. Negative thoughts and emotions are forms of energy too, collected and stored in the human auric field. If neglected, this negative low-vibrational energy manifests in a physical body as a disease at a certain point in time. It is important to be aware of your thoughts and emotions for living a happy life, free of illnesses.
Reiki works wonders in cleansing and purifying the human auric field and the physical body itself. It removes negative energies, adds or removes excess energy, balances energy in the whole system, and if there is some sort of disorder in a physical body, Reiki helps the body to heal itself.
Reiki treatment is a deep relaxation and stress reduction technique. Complete relaxation is very important and beneficial to enhance the ability of the body to start the healing process. 1. Meditate every day at least for 15 min
2. Go outside, no matter what weather, and walk around in it in appreciation of our planet. We would look up and around and we acknowledge it out loud.
3. Buy a notebook, call it the "book of positive aspects" and fill 4-5 pages of positive aspects for 4-5 different subjects.
4. Look up and outward and acknowledge that the Universal forces focused right at you. Acknowledge it by calling out a name(the name that resonates with you: Universal forces, God, Guardian angels...)
5. Say:
“I acknowledge that I am an object of your positive intentions and I am appreciating your continuous gaze on me on behalf of my wellbeing. And today, no matter where I am, and no matter where I am going, and no matter what I am doing, and no matter who I am doing it with, I will be in continuous awareness that You too are there with me...appreciating me, supporting me, assisting me, acknowledging me, inspiring me, guiding me, having fun with me, acknowledging me, inspiring me, assisting me, helping me, guiding me, aware of me, loving me, showing me, .....”
Get into the endless loop of this acknowledgment and watch what is going to happen as soon as this day.
