Earth (Gaia) is a conscious intelligent life form that has its own heartbeat, expansion and contraction (inhale/exhale), and its own complex energetic fields atmosphere and an ecosystem. The Earth vibrates and emits its own vibrational patterns…its own collective frequency. Human beings vibrate, and the frequency we emit ranges from 5-10hz. We are in the same range as the 7.83hz of the Earth. Our lives are inseparable from the planet and if Earth's frequency is rising ours will too. This process started a couple of decades ago. Increases in frequency creates increases in consciousness. When is consciousness increases we have greater awareness.

For the last paragraph of the article "Becoming Coherent with the Schumann Resonance," I have my own opinion.
I would incorporate only two things from it which will help you gain the benefit of the positive effects of being in harmony with the Earth’s heartbeat.
Spend Time in Nature is essential!!!
"The simple act of enjoying and being in Nature acts like a tuning fork entraining your vibration into coherence. Any nature spot will do – walk in your bare feet, take a nap on the grass, breathe some fresh air!"
Check the Schumann Resonance
Check the site provided below "if you seem to be experiencing unexplainable agitation, anxiety or sleeplessness. Pay attention to whether the Schumann Resonance has spiked or is settled in its normal vibration. I have often found a correlation."
The other two, which was recommended, are not valid for me... as I was thinking, why would I keep tunning myself to old Earth vibration while she is preparing me gradually, by increasing her vibration, to become a higher vibrational being and to be adapted to her new frequency.

I would also incorporate a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating, probably it will be a first on the list... avoiding/managing stressful situations which can contribute to lowering our personal frequency and keep us out of sync with Earth’s vibration which further keeps us from experiencing health and happiness. Live consciously! Be kind to yourself and others!

Today I will share a Natural Remedy for Asthma which came to me in a mysterious way about 20 years or so ago...
About 20 years ago, a child I knew in Ukraine was suffering from asthma. One day I had a very vivid dream in which a child came to me and told that I would/could be the only person to cure her. I remembered the message, but I had no clue as to how I could possibly help her.
Time passed, and eventually, I forgot about the dream. However, about a couple of years later, I attended a birthday party where a woman talked about her child who just so happened to also have asthma. She cured her child's asthma with a healing recipe that was given to her by a monk. I instantly thought about my dream and felt that I needed to pass the information on to the child I once knew in Ukraine. I flew back to Ukraine and came to visit the child's grandma and explained everything to her. I had finally completed my mission, the rest was in the hands of the grandma.
Many years passed, and eventually, the girl came to visit my family and me in Canada. In one passing conversation, I asked her about her asthma. To which she told me that it was cured using someone’s healing recipe, which I will be delighted to describe below. Can you imagine my thrill?
And here is the recipe:

All you need is milk and carrots.
½ glass of freshly squeezed carrot juice combined with ½ glass of warmed milk. Drink in the morning half an hour before breakfast.
Warmed milk preparation: Pour ½ glass of milk into a cooking bowl, heat it stirring with a spoon until a little white steam starts to evaporate, and remove from the stove. DO NOT BOIL THE MILK!
